Scope of work included:
Repair loose and damaged sections of stone foundation wall.
Replace decayed sill plates and wall framing members.
Replace decayed sheathing and install weather resistive barrier.
Install new red cedar clapboards below eaves line and white cedar shingles at gable.
Install new windows and replicate historic moulding profiles.
Construct new front entryway roof, stairs deck and benches.
Restore side entry roof while preserving lattice work and vine.
Construct new side entry porch deck and step.
