PORCH RESTORATION

Scope of work included:

  • Design shoring to support turret and allow for removal of deteriorated foundation wall.

  • Reconstruct stone foundation wall.

  • Replace decayed support members with new white oak timbers.

  • Properly flash timbers and exposed wall farming at turret.

  • Construct new deck framing, radius decking and handrail to match existing design.

  • Install salvaged door to closely match original design.
